1.To input a precise and exact Report or Certificate Number query condition is a must and indispensable, an Application Name query condition is dispensable or additional. There are two following options:

A.Input an exact Report or Certificate Number to query

B.Input an exact Report or Certificate Number and an exact Applicant Name to query

2.The format of a report or certificate number is TYT-2014TYTXXXXXXXX

3.System is to confirm and verify the true or false about a report or certificate for customer, and nothingelse application

4.System saves the two-year data for you
