The customs GOEIC of the Egyptian ILAC with COI & COC published an important notification on January 11^th, 2013 that the Customs Clearance is quick and convenient if your product to Egyptian port has the COC test report; or your product will be detained, tested, inspected and imposed the testing cost, inspection cost and lag warehouse cost in Egyptian port by the customs if you do not have the COC test report; and the testing & inspection days of the product need a few weeks or a month, meanwhile, take the uncertain failure risks and responsibilities for product testing & inspection in destination port costing the time and money.
